2. Purpose, authorisation and conservation of processed data sent by:
- CONTACT FORM.
Purpose: To provide the means for you to contact us so we can answer your requests for information, and also send you news about our products, services and activities, including electronically if you click on the acceptance box.
Authorisation: The user’s consent when requesting information through our contact form, by ticking the box accepting receipt of information.
Storage: Until your request has been resolved via our form or answered by email, if you have not generated a new processing request and, if you have accepted receipt of commercial deliveries, until you cancel them.

Purpose: To register you as a user so that you may access the services on our website; to include you in present and future personnel selection processes; create personal and employment profiles, and inform you of our activities, products and services via electronic means too, if you tick the acceptance box.
Authorisation: The user’s consent when signing up via our contact form and by ticking the box accepting receipt of information.
Storage: Until the registered users request their cancellation, and three years from the latest update.
- SENDING OF EMAILS.
Purpose: To reply to your requests for information, respond to your requests, and answer your queries.
Authorisation: The user’s consent when requesting information via email.
Storage: Until your request is answered via email, unless you generate a new request.
- SENDING OF A CURRICULUM VITAE BY EMAIL OR VIA THE APPLICATION FORM.
Purpose: To have your CV at out disposal so you can be included in our personnel selection process.
Authorisation: The user’s consent when submitting their personal information and CV for our personnel selection processes.
Storage: During personnel selection processes, and for 3 years for future processes.
Obligation to provide personal details and the consequences of refusing.
The provision of personal details is subject to the user being at least 14 years of age or sufficient legal competence to sign contracts.
The requested personal details is necessary to manage your requests and/or provide the services you may contract, so if you do not provide them, we cannot serve you properly or provide the service you have requested.

Your details are confidential and will not be transferred to third parties, unless a legal obligation so requires.
The details contained in the CVs received for external selection processes or to be included our temporary employment services will be shared with the clients interested in these services during personnel selection processes.
4. Rights related to your personal details
Any person can withdraw their consent at any time, provided that such consent was granted for details processing. In no case shall the withdrawal of this consent condition the execution of the subscription contract or the relationships generated previously.
