  1. Purpose, authorisation and retention of processed data sent via:

  • CONTACT FORM.
    • Purpose: To provide the means for you to contact us so we can answer your requests for information, and also send you news about our products, services and activities, including electronically (email, SMS, WhatsApp) if you click on the acceptance box.
    • Legitimation: the user’s consent when registering via our contact form, and by ticking the box accepting receipt information.
    • Storage: until your request has been processed, via our online form or answered by email, if you have not submitted a new processing request and, in the event you have accepted receipt of commercial emails, until you request their cancellation.
  • REGISTRATION FORM.
    • Purpose: To register you as a user so that you may access the services on our website; to include you in present and future personnel selection processes; create personal and employment profiles, and inform you of our activities, products and services including via electronic means (email, SMS, WhatsApp), if you tick the acceptance box.
    • Legitimation: the user’s consent when registering via our contact form, and by ticking the box accepting receipt of information.
    • Storage: during the undertaking of the staff selection process which the candidate has registered for, and whilst this process remains active, your data will be visible for a maximum of one year.
  • CVs SENT VIA EMAIL.
    • Purpose: to have your CV at out disposal to be able to include you in our staff selection processes.
    • Legitimation: the user’s consent when sending us your personal information and CV for our staff selection processes.
    • Storage: during the undertaking of the staff selection process which the candidate has registered for, and whilst this process remains active, your data will be visible for a maximum of one year.
  • SENDING OF EMAILS.
    • Purpose: to respond to your requests for information, deal with your requests and answer your questions and queries.
    • Legitimation: the consent of the user when requesting information from us via email.
    • Storage: until your request is answered via email, unless you submit a new request.

Your obligation to provide us with your personal data and the consequences of not doing so.
The provision of personal details is subject to the user being at least 14 years of age or sufficient legal competence to sign contracts.
The requested personal details is necessary to manage your requests and/or provide the services you may contract, so if you do not provide them, we cannot serve you properly or provide the service you have requested.

Your details are confidential and will not be transferred to third parties, unless a legal obligation so requires. The data contained in CVs received for external selection processes will be given to clients who are interested in your services during the staff selection processes, and to Companies within our Group.

Any person can withdraw their consent at any time, provided that such consent was granted for details processing. Under no circumstances shall the withdrawal of this consent affect the enforcement of the subscription contract or any previously generated relationships.

  • Request access to your personal details or their rectification if inaccurate.
  • Request the deletion of details if, among other reasons, the details are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
  • Request details processing to be limited in certain circumstances.
  • Request opposition to the processing of your data for reasons related to your particular situation.
  • Request the portability of the details in the cases set forth in the regulations.
  • Other rights conferred by applicable regulations.

How and where to exercise your Rights: in writing, addressed to the data controller via their postal or email address (detailed in section 1), stating in the subject line “Personal Data”, specifying the right you wish to exercise and with regard to which personal data. In the event of a dispute with the company regarding the processing of your data, you can file a claim with the Data Protection Authority (www.agpd.es).

5.Cookies

This website only uses technical, personalisation and analysis cookies, self-owned and of third parties (Google Analytics), which in no case process any personal data.

Therefore, when accessing our website in compliance with article 22 of the Law on Information Society Services, and dealing with analysis cookies, we have requested your consent for their use and provided information about them.
